We ship out packages multiple times a week, usually within 2 business days. On rare occasions shipments may take longer than 2 days to ship out, but you will be notified by email if that is the case. We always provide tracking information as soon as the order is shipped.
All orders placed from Outside Canada may be subject to local taxes and duties in your Country. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Glowmi is not liable for any customs, broker or sales tax outside of Canada. These are payable by the customer.
**Please note, any items returned to us due to non payment of these fees will be deducted return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee from final refund.
